Story Appears in the March Highlights Magazine
Debra Friedland Katz, a clinical supervisor in the Department of Communication Disorders, has
a story in the March issue of Highlights magazine.
In "Goose Says Good-bye," Goose visits all her friends to say goodbye before flying north for the spring.
"This story was inspired by the geese that seem to have made Tallahassee their permanent home," Katz said. "These geese can, at times, be spotted crossing four or six lanes of traffic."
Highlights is a publication for children ages 2 to 12 and is in its 60th year of publication.
